NLB Home Services was founded by Jason Archambault after two decades in high-end residential construction and advanced technology integration on Martha’s Vineyard.
That work demanded two things at once: traditional building craftsmanship and fluency in the systems modern homes now depend on — lighting control, audio, video, automation, and integrated environments.
That experience informs NLB’s divisions today: focused services supported by the same commitment to communication, craftsmanship, and accountability.

Site visit
We walk the property with you and understand what you’re actually trying to accomplish.
The site visit is $75 and is credited in full toward the project when you move forward.
Written proposal
Full scope, itemized pricing, timeline, and exactly what’s included and what isn’t.
No verbal estimates. Changes to scope or price are documented and agreed before additional work proceeds.
The work
We show up when we say we will, protect the property while we’re there, and document the work as it progresses.
If the schedule needs to change, we communicate with you.
Final walkthrough
We walk the completed work together, review it against the agreed scope, and document any remaining items.
Any additional work is scoped and priced separately.
