$75 site visit
Jason walks the job with you in person, answers your questions, and takes notes and photos. The fee is credited toward your job when you sign.
Written estimate
You get a clear, itemized estimate by email — every line priced, nothing vague. Approve online or by phone when you’re ready.
Work & walkthrough
We do the work, document it, and walk the finished job with you. You sign off when you’re satisfied — not before.
You’ll see every number before we lift a tool.
We price the way we’d want to be priced: an hourly labor rate you know up front, materials at cost on the estimate, and a site visit fee that comes right back off your invoice.
Landscaping is quoted per property against local market rates — Rhode Island and Massachusetts price differently, and your estimate reflects your market honestly.

NLB Home Services is run by Jason and his family out of Johnston, Rhode Island. Jason works the jobs alongside his sons, and his wife Ann — who runs her own bookkeeping practice — keeps the business's finances sharp. In summer, local students join the crew and learn the trades the same way the boys did — on real jobs, done right.
